Retrieves a list of branches.

Project Type Compatibility:

✅ Software projects (localization_files) - Only project type that supports branching
❌ Documents projects (paged_documents) - Branching not supported
❌ Marketing projects (content_integration, marketing, marketing_integrations) - Branching not supported

Requires read_projects OAuth access scope.
