strings.xml file's path

Does any change on the strings.xml file's path affect the OTA? I mean it goes from "app/src/main/res/values/strings.xml" to "xyz/app/src/main/res/values/strings.xml". because latest added strings doesn't appear on editor page.

Android SDK is causing high CPU usage

May you have specific recommendations or know of existing performance issues with the SDK. I'm using android SDK 2.3.1 Lite.
Is there any cache for reading the strings or any other way to optimize the lib usage.
