Deletes a file and its associated keys from the project.

Project Type Compatibility:

✅ Documents projects (paged_documents)
✅ Marketing projects (content_integration, marketing, marketing_integrations)
❌ Software projects (localization_files) - Not supported

Requires write_files OAuth access scope.
